TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Taking part in events or activities organized by Focus Camps is on your own risk.
Focus Camps cannot be held accountable for injuries sustained during their events.
Focus Camps is not accountable for lost or damaged personal goods.
Your registration is official the moment your payment has reached us.
You will keep Focus Camps as well as the teachers up to date about (medical) conditions that are relevant to the event.
Cancelling a paid ticket is not possible. We will, however, do our best to help you find a solution.
If Focus Camps cancels the event, you will be refunded your registration fee.
However, Focus Camps will not refund your flight ticket or hotel.
By registrating for a Focus Camps event, you agree that your image can be used.
If at any point in time you would want us to stop using your image, you have the right to ask so, as described in the GDPR.

We take your privacy seriously.
Focus Camps engages itself to uphold the new GDPR rules on privacy and submits all collected information to this.
All personal data is provided by the customer upon registration.

The purpose of the collected data is mainly for administration and sending information about this camp or upcoming camps.
Your data will not be passed on or sold to a third party.
At all times you can request to see your collected data and ask us to change or delete it.

You have the right to ask Focus Camps to change or delete, a picture or video depicting you.
